About Integrated Real Estate Group (IREG)

Innovation Through Integration.

Integrated Real Estate Group (IREG) is a vertically integrated real estate company with more than 1,200 employees across 46+ communities - and growing.

For over 20 years, we’ve developed and operated multifamily and senior living communities across Texas and Oklahoma, delivering more than 15,000 units and $2 billion in total development.

What sets IREG apart is our integrated approach, bringing together development, construction, and operations to create high-performing communities across affordable housing, workforce housing, and market-rate living, including multifamily, active adult, independent living, assisted living, and memory care.

At IREG, innovation isn’t just what we build, it’s how we operate, grow, and develop our people.

We build communities and develop the people who lead them.

Build the Leadership Pipeline That Shapes the Future of IREG.

We're looking for a strategic and visionary leader to design, launch, and scale leadership development and workforce strategy initiatives across a growing organization.

This role will create the systems, programs, and talent pipelines that identify future leaders, accelerate internal growth, strengthen succession planning, and ensure IREG has the leadership bench needed to support continued expansion.

About the Opportunity

IREG is entering a new phase of growth, and we're making a significant investment in leadership development and workforce strategy. This newly created role will partner closely with executive leadership to build scalable programs that develop talent at every level of the organization.

The Senior Director will have the unique opportunity to build this function from the ground up—creating leadership pathways, succession planning processes, Management-in-Training and Executive-in-Training programs, and workforce development strategies that directly impact the future of our company.

This is an ideal opportunity for a builder, strategist, and people developer who thrives in high-growth environments and wants to leave a lasting organizational legacy.

What You'll Own

  • Design and implement IREG's enterprise-wide leadership development strategy.
  • Build structured leadership pathways for emerging leaders, managers, directors, and executive talent.
  • Develop and launch Management-in-Training (MIT), Executive-in-Training (EIT), and other leadership pipeline programs.
  • Create succession planning frameworks that strengthen leadership continuity across the organization.
  • Partner with executive leadership to identify workforce needs, capability gaps, and future talent requirements.
  • Establish talent review and high-potential employee identification processes.
  • Build internal mobility and career progression programs that support retention and employee growth.
  • Develop leadership curriculum, coaching initiatives, mentoring programs, and development experiences.
  • Measure program effectiveness through leadership readiness, promotion, retention, and succession metrics.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on organizational growth, workforce planning, and talent strategy.

What Success Looks Like

  • A sustainable leadership pipeline is established across key business functions.
  • Management-in-Training and Executive-in-Training programs are successfully launched and producing promotable talent.
  • Succession plans are in place for critical leadership roles across the organization.
  • Internal promotion rates and leadership readiness improve year over year.
  • Leaders at all levels have access to clear development pathways and growth opportunities.
  • Workforce planning becomes a proactive strategic advantage that supports continued company growth.

Who This Role Is For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Psychology, or a related field required.
  • Master's degree strongly preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in leadership development, talent management, workforce planning, organizational development, learning & development, or related disciplines.
  • Proven experience building leadership development programs, succession planning frameworks, or enterprise talent strategies.
  • Experience supporting multi-site organizations, service-based industries, healthcare, hospitality, retail, senior living, multifamily housing, or similar environments preferred.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and partner with senior leadership teams.
  • Demonstrated success designing programs from concept through implementation and measurable outcomes.
  • Experience utilizing workforce analytics and talent data to drive business decisions.

What Sets You Apart

  • You are both a strategist and a builder who enjoys creating programs from the ground up.
  • You see talent as a business strategy, not simply an HR function.
  • You are energized by developing future leaders and creating opportunities for employee growth.
  • You excel at building relationships and influencing leaders across all levels of an organization.
  • You balance big-picture thinking with disciplined execution and measurable results.
  • You thrive in entrepreneurial, high-growth environments where innovation and adaptability are valued.

Why This Role

This is a rare opportunity to create a leadership development function from the ground up and directly influence the future growth of a company with more than 1,200 employees across multiple business lines.

You'll work alongside executive leadership, build programs with long-term organizational impact, and help shape the next generation of leaders across IREG.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability
Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 05/31/2026
Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
