We're seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our senior living team and provide compassionate, resident-centered care that promotes dignity, comfort, and independence.

In this role, you'll work closely with residents and the nursing team to support daily care needs, monitor resident well-being, and help create a safe and welcoming environment where residents can thrive.

What You'll Own

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene
  • Obtain and document vital signs as directed and report changes in resident condition
  • Support residents with mobility, transfers, ambulation, and positioning
  • Assist with medication support as permitted by state regulations and community policies
  • Observe and communicate physical, emotional, and behavioral changes to the nursing team
  • Complete resident care documentation accurately and timely
  • Assist with meal service, hydration, and resident engagement
  • Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable resident living environments
  • Follow infection control, safety, and emergency response procedures
  • Deliver compassionate care while preserving resident dignity and independence

  • Resident care plans are followed consistently and accurately
  • Changes in resident condition are identified and communicated promptly

Qualifications

  • Current Texas Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Minimum six (6) months of CNA, caregiving, healthcare, assisted living, or long-term care experience preferred
  • Assisted Living, Memory Care, Skilled Nursing, or Senior Living experience preferred
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
  • Current CPR certification preferred
  • Ability to safely assist residents with mobility and activities of daily living
  • Must successfully complete all required state and company training
  • Must pass required background screenings and employment eligibility requirements
