We're seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our senior living team and provide compassionate, resident-centered care that promotes dignity, comfort, and independence.
In this role, you'll work closely with residents and the nursing team to support daily care needs, monitor resident well-being, and help create a safe and welcoming environment where residents can thrive.

What You'll Own
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene
- Obtain and document vital signs as directed and report changes in resident condition
- Support residents with mobility, transfers, ambulation, and positioning
- Assist with medication support as permitted by state regulations and community policies
- Observe and communicate physical, emotional, and behavioral changes to the nursing team
- Complete resident care documentation accurately and timely
- Assist with meal service, hydration, and resident engagement
- Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable resident living environments
- Follow infection control, safety, and emergency response procedures
- Deliver compassionate care while preserving resident dignity and independence

- Resident care plans are followed consistently and accurately
- Changes in resident condition are identified and communicated promptly
- Documentation is completed thoroughly and on time
- Residents maintain the highest possible level of independence

Qualifications
- Current Texas Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum six (6) months of CNA, caregiving, healthcare, assisted living, or long-term care experience preferred
- Assisted Living, Memory Care, Skilled Nursing, or Senior Living experience preferred
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Current CPR certification preferred
- Ability to safely assist residents with mobility and activities of daily living
- Must successfully complete all required state and company training
- Must pass required background screenings and employment eligibility requirements
