A Driving Role with Purpose
At Landing at Watermere Woodland Lakes, we’re looking for a reliable and safety-focused Driver to transport residents to appointments, errands, and community outings.
This is a driver-first role ideal for someone who enjoys being on the road, takes pride in safe driving, and wants a more positive, community-focused environment.
Many of our successful team members come from backgrounds such as bus drivers, shuttle drivers, delivery drivers, or retired drivers looking for a rewarding and steady role.
What You’ll Do
- Safely drive residents to appointments, errands, and scheduled outings
- Assist residents in and out of the vehicle as needed
- Follow a daily transportation schedule and routes
- Ensure residents have a safe and comfortable ride experience
- Keep vehicles clean, fueled, and ready for use
- Perform routine vehicle checks and report any maintenance needs
- Communicate clearly with staff and residents regarding timing and schedules
- Support transportation needs for community events when required

- Safe, reliable transportation with a strong driving record
- On-time arrivals and well-managed schedules
- Clean, well-maintained vehicles
- Residents feel comfortable and cared for during transport
Who This Role Is For
We’re looking for someone who enjoys driving and values consistency:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Previous experience as a driver (bus, shuttle, delivery, or similar) strongly preferred
- Comfortable driving regularly as part of your daily responsibilities
- Patient, dependable, and calm under pressure
- Ability to assist passengers with mobility needs as needed
- Strong sense of responsibility and safety
