Support and Drive Performance Across a Real Estate Portfolio
Integrated Real Estate Group (IREG) is seeking an Asset Management Associate to support the performance, strategy, and execution across a portfolio of multifamily and senior living communities.
This role provides direct exposure to asset-level decision-making, working closely with Asset Management leadership, property operations, and cross-functional teams to improve occupancy, revenue, and overall asset performance.
You won’t just analyze data - you’ll help shape the strategy behind it.

Integrated Real Estate Group (IREG) is seeking an Asset Management Associate to support the performance, strategy, and execution across a portfolio of multifamily and senior living communities.
This role provides direct exposure to asset-level decision-making, working closely with Asset Management leadership, property operations, and cross-functional teams to improve occupancy, revenue, and overall asset performance.
You won’t just analyze data - you’ll help shape the strategy behind it.
- Support execution of asset-level business plans to drive performance and value
- Analyze occupancy trends, leasing velocity, and rent strategy, providing actionable recommendations
- Partner with property management teams to improve operations, leasing performance, and resident outcomes
- Review property financials, identify variances, risks, and cost-saving opportunities
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking across the portfolio
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform pricing and positioning strategies
- Support capital planning and value-add initiatives, including renovations and operational improvements
- Assist with development underwriting and financial modeling for new projects
- Contribute to portfolio-level reporting and performance insights for leadership
- Meaningful contributions to occupancy and revenue growth
- Strong alignment between asset strategy and property-level execution
- Clear, actionable insights that influence decisions
- Well-supported budgets and forecasts
- Increased understanding of how real estate assets are managed and optimized
We’re looking for someone early in their career who wants to grow into real estate asset management and investment roles:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, real estate, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Interest in multifamily and/or senior living real estate
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (financial analysis, modeling)
- Ability to interpret financials, leases, and operating data
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- You’re interested in how real estate assets perform and improve - not just analyzing numbers
- You can translate data into clear, actionable recommendations
- You’re eager to learn and grow within real estate investment and asset management
- You’re comfortable working with both financial data and operational teams
- Exposure to multifamily, senior living, or commercial real estate
- Familiarity with concepts such as NOI, IRR, cash flow, and valuation
- Experience with underwriting, financial modeling, or investment analysis
