About Integrated Real Estate Group (IREG)

Innovation Through Integration.

Integrated Real Estate Group (IREG) is a vertically integrated real estate company with more than 1,200 employees across 46+ communities - and growing.

For over 20 years, we’ve developed and operated multifamily and senior living communities across Texas and Oklahoma, delivering more than 15,000 units and $2 billion in total development.

What sets IREG apart is our integrated approach, bringing together development, construction, and operations to create high-performing communities across affordable housing, workforce housing, and market-rate living, including multifamily, active adult, independent living, assisted living, and memory care.

At IREG, innovation isn’t just what we build - it’s how we operate, grow, and develop our people.

We build communities and develop the people who lead them.

Help Build Relationships That Drive Occupancy Growth.

We’re seeking a highly driven, relationship-focused professional to support occupancy growth across both Independent Living and Assisted Living through proactive outreach, referral development, lead generation, and sales support.

This is not a traditional inside sales role. The ideal candidate thrives in the field, enjoys networking and community engagement, and understands how to build trusted relationships that generate tours, referrals, and move-ins.

This role serves as a key ambassador for the campus while partnering closely with Sales Directors and Executive Directors to strengthen community presence and drive census growth.

About the Opportunity

This position combines senior living sales, outreach, business development, and community marketing into one highly visible role. You will actively develop referral partnerships throughout the local healthcare and senior services community while supporting prospect engagement and lead conversion efforts across the campus.

Success in this role is measured by outreach activity, referral relationship development, tours generated, event engagement, and contribution to occupancy growth.

The ideal candidate understands how to balance relationship-building with accountability, structure, and measurable results.

  • Maintain an organized referral partner database and consistent follow-up cadence
  • Represent the campus professionally throughout the healthcare and senior living community
  • Become a trusted external partner and visible ambassador for the community

Lead Generation & Occupancy Growth

  • Generate qualified leads that contribute to Independent Living and Assisted Living occupancy goals
  • Support the sales process by nurturing future leads, re-engaging cold prospects, and scheduling tours
  • Partner closely with Sales Directors to maintain prospect momentum and pipeline activity
  • Assist with CRM follow-up campaigns and outreach initiatives

Events & Community Engagement

  • Coordinate and support lead-generating events designed to increase prospect engagement and brand visibility
  • Assist with seminars, wellness events, educational workshops, physician speaker series, networking events, and community presentations
  • Participate in health fairs, Chamber events, senior expos, HOA presentations, and local networking opportunities
  • Support community marketing initiatives and sponsorship opportunities

Marketing & Brand Visibility

  • Collaborate with corporate marketing and community leadership on outreach campaigns and local partnerships
  • Support social media initiatives, online reputation management, and community awareness efforts
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen campus visibility and referral engagement within the local market

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way.
