Lead a Team Dedicated to Exceptional Memory Care.
We're seeking a compassionate, experienced, and hands-on Director of Memory Care to lead the daily operations, resident care, and team development within our Memory Care neighborhood at Isle at Raider Ranch.
This role is responsible for creating an environment where residents living with Alzheimer's disease, dementia, and other cognitive challenges receive exceptional care, meaningful engagement, and the highest quality of life possible.

About the Opportunity
At Isle at Raider Ranch, we understand that exceptional memory care requires more than clinical support—it requires compassion, consistency, engagement, and strong leadership.
The Director of Memory Care serves as the operational and care leader for the Memory Care neighborhood, partnering closely with nursing, caregivers, life enrichment, families, and community leadership to ensure residents receive personalized support in a safe and engaging environment.
This position offers the opportunity to lead a dedicated team, influence resident outcomes, and create a culture focused on dignity, connection, and quality care.
What You'll Own
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the Memory Care neighborhood
- Ensure residents receive personalized care that promotes dignity, safety, and quality of life
- Supervise, coach, develop, and support Memory Care team members
- Recruit, onboard, and retain high-performing caregivers and support staff
- Establish, evaluate, and monitor appropriate levels of care for Memory Care residents
- Collaborate with families regarding resident needs, care plans, and quality-of-life initiatives
- Ensure compliance with all state regulations, company policies, and quality standards
- Monitor departmental budgets, supplies, equipment, and operational resources
- Partner with Life Enrichment teams to support meaningful dementia-focused programming
- Promote a positive culture focused on resident engagement, team accountability, and exceptional service
- Conduct resident assessments, oversee care planning, and evaluate prospective resident admissions to ensure care needs can be appropriately met
- Lead quality assurance efforts and implement continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in Memory Care, Assisted Living, Long-Term Care, Skilled Nursing, or Senior Living required
- Experience supervising caregivers, resident assistants, or clinical staff required
- Strong knowledge of dementia care, Alzheimer's disease, and person-centered care practices
- Experience with resident assessments, care planning, and family communication preferred
- Familiarity with Texas Assisted Living regulations and compliance requirements preferred
- LVN license preferred but not required
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Gerontology, Social Services, or related field preferred
- Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) or equivalent dementia training preferred
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic documentation systems preferred
