We build communities and develop the people who lead them.

Drive Growth. Lead Teams. Own Results.
Integrated Real Estate Group (IREG) is seeking a Regional Director of Sales to lead and elevate sales performance across a portfolio of senior living communities.

This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving occupancy, increasing revenue, and developing high-performing sales teams across multiple communities.

At IREG, Prospect-Centered Selling is at the heart of what we do. This leader will champion that approach across the region, ensuring every sales team delivers a thoughtful, relationship-driven experience that moves prospects confidently toward a decision.

This role reports directly to the Vice President of Sales, who sets the tone, culture, and strategic direction for the sales organization. The Regional Director of Sales is responsible for translating that vision into consistent execution, stronger team performance, and measurable occupancy results across an assigned region. Regional assignments are subject to change based on business needs.

You will partner closely with Executive Directors and operational leadership to implement strategy, improve performance, and ensure each community is positioned for success in a competitive market.

What You’ll Own
  • Lead sales performance across an assigned regional portfolio of senior living communities
  • Drive occupancy, revenue, and sales effectiveness through strategic planning, execution, and accountability
  • Champion Prospect-Centered Selling as the standard for lead management, discovery, follow-up, tours, and closing
  • Conduct regular on-site and virtual visits to coach, support, and elevate community sales leaders and sales teams
  • Lead weekly sales strategy calls focused on pipeline health, conversion, lead generation, and next-step accountability
  • Partner with Executive Directors and Operations leaders to align sales execution with community readiness, resident experience, and business goals
  • Analyze market trends, competitor positioning, pricing, and local demand drivers to identify risks and opportunities
  • Ensure consistent execution of sales best practices, processes, and CRM utilization across the region
  • Use CRM data, reporting, and performance metrics to drive coaching, forecasting, and decision-making
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking for assigned communities
  • Manage sales incentive and bonus programs in partnership with leadership
  • Oversee onboarding, training, and ongoing development for community sales team members
  • Step into communities to provide direct support during key moments, including new community openings, transitions, events, and temporary coverage needs
  • Fill open sales leadership positions as needed to support continuity, but ultimately own the sales outcomes of the region and be held accountable for them
What Success Looks Like
  • Occupancy and revenue targets are consistently achieved or exceeded across assigned communities
  • Sales teams demonstrate strong execution of Prospect-Centered Selling and deliver a consistent, high-quality prospect experience
  • Community sales leaders are well coached, highly accountable, and continuously developing
  • CRM usage is consistent, accurate, and leveraged to improve performance
  • Lead management, conversion, and follow-up processes are disciplined and effective
  • Communication and alignment between sales and operations are strong
  • Regional sales performance improves through proactive leadership, coaching, and accountability
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a leader who can think strategically, execute consistently, and hold teams accountable for results.
  • Proven experience in sales excellence within senior living
  • Strong experience in Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care, ideally in a rental community model. *Lease-up experience is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success driving occupancy, revenue, and sales performance across multiple communities
  • Strong ability to coach, develop, and hold community sales leaders and teams accountable
  • Deep understanding of sales process management, lead conversion, and CRM-driven performance
  • High level of business acumen, including data analysis, market positioning, and competitive strategy
  • Strong partnership mindset with Executive Directors and operational leaders
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Strong communication skills and leadership presence
  • Willingness to travel 50%+ across an assigned region
  • Willingness to jump in and personally support communities when needed, including providing interim coverage for open sales roles
What Sets You Apart
  • You do not simply support sales performance - you own it
  • You lead from the front and are willing to step in when the business needs you
  • You know how to balance strategy, coaching, and accountability
  • You bring urgency, discipline, and follow-through to every community you support
  • You are both highly analytical and deeply people-focused
  • You understand that strong sales results begin with a prospect-centered experience

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability
Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 05/31/2026
Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
