Leasing Consultant, Full Time

Looking for someone who is a self-starter, has experience using Onesite, is professional, enthusiastic, and has a willingness to work hard are qualities we are looking for in our team members. Needs to be a very organized and a team player. Excellent pay and benefits.

This position will be responsible for:

  • Operating a full sales desk – sales calls, answering leasing inquiries, providing community information and scheduling appointments with prospective residents.
  • Interacting with potential and existing residential tenants, show vacant apartments, explain pricing and lease terms, process rental applications and negotiate lease renewals.
  • Completing and recording all traffic/guest card information on all prospects, sending thank you notes and performing follow-up in a prompt fashion.
  • Maintaining awareness of local market conditions and trends and completing and reviewing market survey information.

Position Requirements:

  • Must possess the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management, employees and outside contacts.
  • Must have excellent communication skills, strong customer service, sales and personal interaction skills.
  • Minimum of a high school graduate, with an aptitude for management, basic office administration and mathematics
  • Attentive to timeliness
  • Social media knowledge
  • Ability to multitask
  • At least one year of a successful sales track record in Multi Family required.
  • Lease up experience is required.
  • Experience with a leads management system (TAA and Onesite software experience preferred)
  • Administrative work required and expected.
  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written and interpersonal skills are required.
  • MUST work Saturday & Sunday
  • Customer service background
  • Experience of one year plus needed.
  • General computer knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Professional dress attire
  • Bilingual required.
