About Integrated Real Estate Group (IREG)

Innovation Through Integration.

Integrated Real Estate Group (IREG) is a vertically integrated real estate company with more than 1,200 employees across 46+ communities - and growing.

For over 20 years, we’ve developed and operated multifamily and senior living communities across Texas and Oklahoma, delivering more than 15,000 units and $2 billion in total development.

What sets IREG apart is our integrated approach, bringing together development, construction, and operations to create high-performing communities across affordable housing, workforce housing, and market-rate living, including multifamily, active adult, independent living, assisted living, and memory care.

At IREG, innovation isn’t just what we build - it’s how we operate, grow, and develop our people.

We build communities and develop the people who lead them.

About the Opportunity

Reporting to the Executive Director, you’ll lead the community’s sales and marketing efforts, with ownership of occupancy growth, move-in goals, and sales team performance. You’ll combine hands-on selling with team leadership, local outreach, and thoughtful follow-through with prospective residents and their families.

Working closely with community leaders and internal teams, you’ll connect sales strategy with the resident experience—from the first inquiry through move-in. Your impact will be visible in stronger referral partnerships, a well-supported sales team, and a growing community.

What You’ll Own

  • Drive occupancy and revenue growth through internal and external sales initiatives aligned with community goals.

  • Lead the sales journey by converting inquiries into appointments, delivering personalized tours, and maintaining timely, consistent follow-up.

  • Build referral partnerships through outside sales calls, networking events, and relationships with local professionals.

  • Develop the sales team through training, coaching, and clear performance expectations.

  • Execute sales and marketing plans using the Integrated Senior Living sales process and approved marketing materials.

  • Maintain tour readiness and a thorough understanding of community services, amenities, and levels of care.

  • Partner on seamless move-ins by communicating accurate pricing, deposits, and promotions and coordinating apartment and documentation readiness.

  • Track sales performance through monthly goals, forecasts, and daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.

  • Monitor competitors and market trends to inform sales positioning and pricing recommendations.

  • Manage the sales budget and keep expenses within approved limits.

What Success Looks Like

  • Move-in, occupancy, and revenue goals are consistently met or exceeded.

  • A healthy pipeline of qualified prospects supports sustained community growth.

  • Prospective residents and families receive responsive, knowledgeable guidance throughout their decision.

  • Referral partnerships generate a steady flow of new opportunities.

  • Sales team members demonstrate accountability, confidence, and consistent use of the sales process.

  • Accurate forecasts and coordinated move-ins help community leaders plan effectively.

Who This Role Is For

  • A sales professional with at least two years of successful sales and marketing experience.

  • Senior living experience is required.

  • A bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Management, Leadership, or a related field.

  • Proven leadership skills, with career progression that includes leading and developing teams.

  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and customer service skills.

  • The ability to organize competing priorities, manage follow-up, and use performance data to guide decisions.

  • Knowledge of current senior living regulatory standards and the flexibility to adapt to changes.

  • Comfort using computers and general office tools for reporting, communication, and training.

  • Willingness to work additional hours or be on call as needed.

  • Independent Living sales experience preferred, with an understanding of how to build relationships with prospective residents and support their decision-making process.

  • Familiarity with Prospect Centered Selling preferred, including a discovery-driven approach that prioritizes each prospect’s motivations, needs, and readiness to move.

What Sets You Apart

  • You take ownership of results and turn goals into a clear plan of action.

  • You pair sales confidence with compassion for older adults and their families.

  • You build trust by listening closely, communicating clearly, and following through.

  • You coach with purpose and create a team culture rooted in professionalism and accountability.

  • You recognize opportunities, solve problems, and keep momentum moving.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability
Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 07/31/2029
Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
